Sie können bei uns bequem über den Internet-Shop bestellen. Sobald wir Ihre Bestellung vorliegen haben, erstellen wir die Rechnung. Die Rechnung werden wir Ihnen per E-mail oder wenn gewünscht, auch schriftlich zusenden.

In das europäische Ausland versenden wir nur per Vorkasse, daß heißt, sobald der Rechnungsbetrag auf unserem Konto verbucht wurde, erfolgt sofort der Versand.
Hierüber erhalten Sie per E-Mail eine Bestätigung.

Unsere Bankverbindung geben wir Ihnen in der Ihnen zugehenden Rechnung bekannt.

VISA Bezahlung ist zur Zeit noch nicht möglich.

Bitte benutzen Sie für Ihre Überweisung eine EU-Standard-Überweisung.

Zahlungen aus dem Ausland müssen für Art Miniaturen spesenfrei erfolgen. Alle im In- und Ausland anfallenden Bankgebühren gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

Da sich die Versandkosten nach dem Gewicht richten, können wir die genauen Versandkosten erst nach Eingang Ihrer Bestellung ermitteln.

Wir bitten hierfür um Ihr Verständnis.

Verpackungskosten werden nicht berechnet.

Schecks werden nicht akzeptiert.

Ordering at our webshop is easy and comfortable for you. As soon as your order is complete we shall send you the invoice by e-mail or, if you prefer, by mail.

International orders, i.e. orders from all European and other countries worldwide, outside Germany, will require advanced payment.
As soon as your payment is booked on our account we shall forward your order.
We shall send you a short notice on despatch by e-mail.

You will find our banking details on your invoice.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

Payment by VISA card is also not yet possible.

Please be aware that any kind of fees incurring by the payment of your choice will be within your own liability.
We shall not participate in any additional cost whatsoever, resulting from handling of payment.

As shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of your order, we shall only be able to give you the details on these costs after receiving your completed order.

These shipping costs will be included on the invoice we send you before despatch.
